Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email, name, and profile photo from Google sign-in or the email you register with.
• Your work: searches you run, leads you save, categories, notes, and artist profiles you create for outreach.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never card numbers.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

Where the playlist data comes from

Search results come from Spotify’s public Web API. Contact details we surface are those a curator published in their own playlist description. We do not enrich, guess, or purchase contact data.

How we use it

To run the service, sync your leads across devices, bill you, and answer support. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email without asking first.

Who else sees it

Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database), Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Export or delete your leads any time from the app. To delete your whole account, email support@playlistscout.app and we will remove it within 30 days.
